Registration Fees

• Recreation = $70.00

• U8 to U10 Travel = $100.00 (D.O.B – August 1, 2001 through July 31, 2004)

• U11 and Up Travel = $110.00 (born prior to July 31, 2001)

• Please Note, Fall Fundraiser 2 $10 discount cards per family, see link below for additional information.

• Late registration fee  – On-line only (2/06/12 thru 2/10/12)= $25.00

• NO Registrations will be accepted after 2/10/12

Multi Player discount is $15.00 per child/player

Refund Form

Please complete the player refund form if you are withdrawing your child from our current program. Full refunds are only issued if the player has not been rostered to a team. Once your child has been rostered, an administration fee of $25 will be withheld from your refund.

As always there are NO DOGS ALLOWED at the Cattell Soccer Complex.
