Welcome to the Deptford Fall Fest Website!

Welcome teams, players & supporters to the Deptford Soccer Association Tournament Website. The Fall Fest is a perfect kickoff to the season. Our goal is to create an environment where teams from all levels can play competitive soccer from U8 to U14.

We look forward to seeing you in October over Columbus Day Weekend and we will do our best to make this one of your best tournament experiences.

The “Deptford Fall Festival” are accepting applications for the 2011 Tournament (October 7th,8th and 9th, 2011) - look around, see what we have to offer, and come join us for a weekend of fun and great soccer.

Thursday October 6th, 2011 at the Cattell Soccer Complex 6 PM to 9 PM.

You will need to bring the following items, unless already mailed in.
Player Cards
Medical Release Forms
Completed Application
A copy of Official State Roster and Tournament Roster (Guest forms, if any)
A check or money order, made payable to Deptford Soccer Association or DSA for Tournament Fees

Format
Divisions of four, six, and eight teams will be made from all accepted teams in each age group. Each team will play a minimum of three (3) games. Play will begin on Saturday morning and end with all necessary games being played on Sunday.

Applications – Can be Completed on-line.
All applications must be completely filled out and legible. All applications must include a check payable to Deptford Soccer for $425 (11 v. 11), $350 (8 v. 8) , a completed tournament application, and a completed tournament roster.  Any organization registering 5 or more teams will receive a $25 discount on the registration fee for each team.

Players
All Travel players must have a valid, stamped player pass and be listed on a current roster. Secondary passes will not be accepted. A player may only play and be listed on one team’s tournament roster. A maximum of three (3) guest players per team can be rostered. Teams with guest players may not have tournament rosters exceeding 14 players for 8v8, and 18 players for 11v11.  Carded players are not permitted to play in the recreation division.  Recreation teams will play 8 v. 8 with a maximum of 14 players on their roster.

Officials
All games will be officiated by licensed referees currently registered with the USSF. Three man systems will be used whenever possible. All final games will use the three-man system. Player passes will be checked against tournament rosters before each game.

Awards
Participation awards will be given out to all U10 and under teams. There will be no trophies given out, and no stats will be maintained in all U10 and under games.

First place division winners will receive a trophy. Finalist will receive a medal. All awards will be given out at our main tent on Sunday.

Patches
All teams are expected to trade patches or pins at the end of each game. Please be considerate in helping us to maintain this soccer tradition
